The morning tipple is an institution in Spain. Stay here, long enough and you will adjust your sleeping schedule to 5 hours (2-7am) then 3 hours (4-7pm). At 8am on such a schedule you will find a noggin of gin or a glass of fino (dry sherry) just the thing.
