At 8am on such a schedule you will find a noggin of gin or a glass of fino (dry sherry) just the thing. Admittedly, this is more the custom among retired folks and writers than among people who must drive or operate heavy machinery for a living, but there are a lot of’ retired folks and writers in Spain
